My charges had been dismissed at 6/14/2010.
It was a wrongful, malicious arrest against me happened in my own place.  Event day is 1/20/2010, I was going to report a suspect scam crime, the PO Rafael Delacruz denied to respond it inside the 7th precinct station where he was the person with uniform behind the counter. Then I called 311 in front of him that made him angry at me and thinking I didn't follow his direction. Then he followed me back to my business place, when the 311 station sent 2 other officers to meet me in my business place to start the suspect scam crime investigation. PO Rafael Delacruz uninvited broke into the ongoing investigation and intentionally stopped it. The other officers incredibly dropped down the scam crime investigation and abandoned my evidence to backup PO Rafael Delacruz‘s wrongful doing. PO Rafael Delacruz launched an arrest against me and he asked the other officers to join this unauthorized arrest, all actions under the surveillance camera and had been recorded. But PO Rafael Delacruz still wanted to pass the legal line, he kept me in 7th precinct 5.5 hours, prohibited me to contact my lawyer, scanned my fingers and tried to find anything could use to against me, but he found nothing because I am clear. Then he created a false statement said I was fighting with someone in my place, lied to the people (the District Attorney Office) to prosecute me and sent me to central booking house for 16 hour of imprisonment, which malicious prosecution had been dismissed but lasted 5 months.
My first civil right complaint had been closed from the OCD system of NYPD, I didn't even have official receipt or notice, and just one supervisor emailed me said:  case closed. The investigator didn't even call my witness as required procedure.
So I file more complaint now, I am lucky I had video evidence or I would become a created “criminal”. This experience is so scary to me. I am so glad I am still innocent so far. And I don't want to see these kinds of officers remain in the street of our community, still working as the a team of law enforcement or criminal justice system, which is a risk to my future life in this city, also that is a big risk to other people like me who are living, working and visiting here without protection, they will become created “criminal” when they encounter with those officers in similar situation and unable to prove their innocence.
